Walter Nkwi (Historian, Anthropologist)

Walter Gam Nkwi holds a PhD in Social History/Social Anthropology from the Leiden University. Before embarking on his PhD studies, he read African and Cameroonian history at undergraduate and post graduate levels at the University of Buea. He is teaching Social and Labour History at the Department of History, University of Buea, Cameroon. Dr. Nkwi has a passion for the history of communication technology, migration, social, indigenous conflict management, pre-cultural history and global labour historical issues of Africa
